These Terms govern your use of Trace Draw (package name: com.tracedraw.app, the "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a drawing-practice tool that displays a template on screen so you can trace it onto paper. The App is free to use and is supported by advertising.
If you use the feature that turns your own photo into a template, you are responsible for that photo and for holding any rights needed to use it, including when it contains someone else's copyrighted work or likeness. Conversion happens entirely on your device; the developer does not collect or view these photos.
Templates included with the App may be used freely for your own drawing practice. The Masterworks category is derived from public-domain artworks whose sources are listed in the in-app "Open source and copyright notices" screen. However, extracting and redistributing the template images themselves, or using them to build a competing app or product, is not permitted.
Please be aware of your surroundings when using the camera backdrop or screen brightness features. The App is a drawing aid; leaving your device on for long periods may consume battery and cause screen burn-in.
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App, except for damages caused by the developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Any changes will be announced on this page and take effect upon posting.
